If a contract is signed in Pennsylvania, and later notarized in?

Contracts of this nature typically have a clause that spells out laws of which state apply and govern the contract, as well as how any arising disputes can be resolved (such as a mandatory arbitration). As it was already mentioned, the contract cant be signed in one state and notarized in another state as notary and signer(s) must be present at the same location at the same time in order for the notary to witness the signing of the said contract.Perhaps a copy of it was notarized later, but ...
